Case study · Automation + SEO · Proprietary system
Content Hub: a publishing company’s output, one person’s payroll.
A proprietary pipeline that runs an entire portfolio of niche websites — from “what should we write?” to published, SEO-ready articles — with a human touching only the decisions that matter.
The problem
- Running content-driven websites profitably means publishing consistently — research, writing, images, on-page SEO, scheduling, indexing. Done by hand, that’s a full content team per site.
- I operate a portfolio of dozens of niche websites. At agency rates, keeping them all fed would cost more per month than most of the sites earn in a year.
- Generic "auto-blogging" tools produce junk that never ranks, gets sites penalized, and still needs babysitting. The problem isn’t generating words — it’s generating content that deserves to rank, at scale, unattended.
What I built
The exact toolchain is proprietary — it’s a competitive edge, so this describes what it does, not how.
- An end-to-end pipeline: it discovers what’s worth writing in each niche, prioritizes by real search opportunity, produces the content with layered quality controls, handles on-page SEO and internal linking, and publishes on schedule across the whole portfolio.
- Quality gates at every stage — content that doesn’t clear the bar never gets published. Human review happens at decision points, not in the assembly line.
- Post-publish, the system watches indexing and search performance and feeds what it learns back into what gets written next. It compounds.
The result
Dozensof live sites running on the pipeline
1 personoperating the entire portfolio
Dailypublishing cadence, hands-off
0 writerson payroll
This is the deepest proof of what I sell: I don’t just automate other people’s businesses — my own businesses run on automation I built. If your operation produces content, reports, listings, or any recurring digital output, a smaller version of this thinking probably applies to you.
