Shipped, deployed, and running.
Not mockups. Everything here is (or was) live in production with real users and real consequences when something breaks — my own products, client systems, and a portfolio that runs itself.
ShipWorkflow
The subscription-admin autopilot for paid Discord, Skool, and Telegram communities — payment webhooks, instant invite links, cancellation handling, failed-payment dunning. Built it, launched it, still run it.
Content Hub
A publishing operation the size of a content company, run by one person. A proprietary pipeline takes dozens of niche sites from “what should we write?” to published, SEO-ready articles — daily, hands-off, zero writers on payroll.
JMart
Two-plus years as the entire web team for a registered startup’s live booking platform: technical SEO that lifted rankings and organic traffic, features shipped on demand, and a site that stayed fast and bookable the whole time.
Manual work, killed on request.
A sample of client systems. Figures are client-reported results from the projects.
AI voice agent for a med-spa
A spa was losing appointments to missed calls — after-hours callers simply booked elsewhere. Built an AI voice agent that answers every call, handles common questions, and books appointments straight into the calendar. Missed calls stopped being missed revenue.
Discord mini-CRM for a 132k-member trading community
Managing members, roles, and payment status by hand stops working long before 132,000 members. Built a mini-CRM inside Discord: automated member tracking, role management, and payment-linked access — the operations layer the community was missing.
Instagram DM automation for client acquisition
Inbound DMs were a full-time job the business owner was doing badly at midnight. Built an automated DM flow that qualifies leads, answers the repetitive 90%, and books calls — the owner now only talks to people ready to buy. Client reported roughly 90% of DM volume automated and a multiple increase in booked calls.
Agency back-office automation
An agency drowning in onboarding checklists, status chasing, and copy-paste reporting. Wired their tools together into condition-based workflows — when a client signs, everything downstream happens by itself. Client reported the admin workload cut by the large majority.
Things I built because they should exist.
InstaSDM — Instagram DM automation platform
A SaaS that automates Instagram DMs and lead generation at scale — per-account proxies and a worker-based architecture so messaging stays reliable when volume grows.
FlipMySite — website marketplace
A marketplace for buying and selling websites: domain-ownership verification, secure onboarding, listing management — the trust infrastructure that makes strangers comfortable trading five-figure assets.
AI browser automation agent
A system that lets an AI drive a real, logged-in Chrome browser to complete web tasks end to end — forms, navigation, downloads, the messy real-web stuff — with a resilient tool layer built for reliability, not demos. If your “can this be automated?” involves a website with no API, this is how.
This site — portfolio with a lead engine
The site you’re on eats its own cooking: an AI assistant answers questions and qualifies visitors, captcha-gated forms capture leads, and every lead lands on my phone via WhatsApp within seconds — automatically, of course. Try the assistant, bottom right.
The next case study could be your manual work disappearing.
Tell me what your team does by hand every week. Twenty minutes, no pitch — I’ll tell you what’s automatable, what it roughly takes, and whether I’m the right person for it.
